How do I return a purchase?

  • A product purchased from our e-shop can be returned to us no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance without giving us a reason.
  • We ask that you return the product unused, undamaged, and completely intact.
  • Once your order has arrived back safely with us, we will process your refund. We will refund you for the order in full, including the original delivery cost. However, as the customer, you will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning your order.
  • If an error is found with your order that is covered by our Return & Exchange Policy during the warranty period, please write us at: info@lubive.sk and we will immediately give you information on how to proceed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you find something wrong with your handbag or backpack, please let us know at info@lubive.com. We will need your order number, invoice, and a brief description of what the problem is. It’s also always a good idea to add photos to your message. We resolve every complaint as quickly as possible and with a personal approach to every case. Thank you!
