Carefully pack the exchanged goods in a box and make sure to include ,the invoice,, which you'll find attached in the confirmation e-mail we sent you.

Please write us a simple e-mail to info@lubive.com saying that you will be returning the goods. Don't forget to provide us with the bank account number you'd like us to send your refund to.

Send the package to our address. However, please don't send us a cash-on-delivery package. Thank you for your understanding.

  • A product purchased from our e-shop can be returned to us no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance without giving us a reason.
  • We ask that you return the product undamaged, and completely intact.
  • Once your order has arrived back safely with us, we will proceed with the refund for your order. Please bear in mind that you as customer will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the products.
  • If an error is found with your order that is covered by our Return & Exchange Policy during the warranty period, please write us at: info@lubive.sk and we will immediately give you information on how to proceed.
