Online card payment

Don’t worry, your payments are in good hands! We use Stripe to process card payments, which is a reliable and global payment processing gateway.

Cash on Delivery

  • We ship all parcels through Packeta, which cooperates with local courier partners in each country to handle last-mile delivery.
    If you choose cash on delivery, you can conveniently pay in cash or by card upon receipt of your parcel.

  • The cash-on-delivery fee is:

    • Croatia: €1.90

    • Bulgaria: 4.00 лв

    • Hungary: 400 Ft

    • Greece: €1.90

  • Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and later an SMS notification with delivery details.

Barion

  • For our Hungarian customers, we offer a convenient payment option through Barion. You can pay quickly and securely by card or online – without any hassle. After completing your order, you will be redirected to Barion’s secure payment page, where you can enter your payment details. The payment is processed instantly, allowing us to ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipping

Packeta

  • We ship all parcels through Packeta, which cooperates with local courier partners in each country to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

  • Shipping options and fees:

    • Croatia: Overseas – €5

    • Bulgaria: Speedy – 5 лв

    • Hungary: Packeta Home Delivery, FoxPost Box, or Packeta Pickup Point – 900 Ft

    • Greece: Speedex – €6

  • Once your package is handed over to Packeta, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow your shipment online.
    When your parcel is ready for delivery or pickup, you will receive an SMS notification with further details.

If your shipment is not delivered within 5 days of dispatch, please contact us. Using the shipment number, we can quickly locate it and resolve the problem immediately.
