Carefully pack the goods in a box, enclose the completed form, and send it back to us. Please note that the returned handbag must be in its original condition — not worn, including the original tags and in its fabric bag.
How do I return purchased goods?

Simply e-mail us at info@lubive.sk stating that you are returning the goods. Do not forget to include your bank details so that we can send you a refund (in the case of cash on delivery).

- Goods purchased in our online store can be returned without giving a reason within 30 days of receipt.
- As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund your money within 14 days. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs when returning goods.
- If a defect is found with your order that is covered by our Return & Exchange Policy during the warranty period, please e-mail us at: info@lubive.sk and we will immediately send you information on how to proceed.

If you find something wrong with your handbag or backpack, please let us know at info@lubive.sk. We will need your order number, invoice and a brief description of what the problem is. It is also always a good idea to add photos to your message. We approach every complaint individually and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
