If a handbag is out of stock, will it be available again?
Even if a model is marked as “Out of stock” on our website, do now worry. Simply set up an “Stock Notification” and we will make sure you get an e-mail as soon as it is back in stock.
Can the shoulder strap be purchased separately?
We are sorry, but replacement straps cannot be purchased online. If you are interested in buying one, you are welcome to visit our showroom in Trnava where you can purchase replacements.
Can I order a handbag in a different colour than those you offer or one with different metallic accessories? Do you make custom handbags?
We do not manufacture our products to order or in different colours. For this reason, it is not possible to customise the accessories. The items in our store are available as shown because the manufacturing capacity is limited. We thank you for your understanding.
Where are the handbags made and what are they made of?
Our leather handbags and backpacks come from Italy, where we work with small family workshops. This provides easy access to a broad range of colours, types and sizes.
